Buscando sempre atender ao paladar de seus clientes, a Basic Burger, hamburgueria de qualidade e com preço acessível, localizada no bairro de Pinheiros-SP, está sempre acrescentando novas opções ao seu cardápio e este mês não seria diferente!
Beneficiando todos os gostos, as novidades vão desde um lanche mais elaborado até uma deliciosa sobremesa. Após se inspirarem nos temperos mais exóticos, foi criado o trio gourmet (R$ 50), contando com três mini burgers diferentes de 100g de carne cada, tendo ingredientes como alho negro com cebola desidratada, figo desidratado, geléia de gengibre e presunto serrano. “Para chegarmos nessas combinações, nós pesquisamos e visitamos diversas lojas que oferecem ingredientes diferentes, selecionamos alguns e fizemos testes”, conta Renata Serrano, sócia-fundadora da Basic Burger. “O alho negro, por exemplo, achamos super interessante, pois é um alho que passa por um processo de maturação, onde não se adiciona nenhum tipo de aditivo, além de outros benefícios. Na combinação explora um sabor mais adocicado e textura macia”, conclui.
Para os amantes do açúcar, foram acrescentados ao cardápio o Brownelicious (R$ 18) – com brownie, sorvete de creme, chantilly, chococrispy e muita calda de chocolate – e o milkshake, que não poderia ficar de lado. Entrando como opção no cardápio com grande estilo, cinco sabores estarão disponíveis (R$ 15), sendo eles os tradicionais chocolate, morango e creme e os especiais de iogurte grego e açaí. Tem como ficar melhor? Mas é claro! Os clientes poderão se refrescar também com a Basic Beer (R$ 27), cerveja que leva o nome da hamburgueria, nas versões Witbier e Apa.
